Finance Manager

Cosmic Electrical Limited is seeking a competent and experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage the financial operations of the company and its group entities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, compliance, budgeting, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate accounting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies across the group companies.
• Ensure compliance with SSF, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Monitor internal controls and implement best practices in financial governance.
• Supervise and guide accounting teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
•  Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar).
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and corporate taxation in Nepal.
• Analytical mindset with leadership and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience managing finances for a group of companies.
• Knowledge of EPC or infrastructure-related sectors is a plus.
