Position Title: General Manager (Project & Business Excellence)
Reporting to: Managing Director
Location: Lalitpur, with travel to project sites

Purpose of the Role
To lead and elevate the execution of EPC projects and strategic business development to deliver high-quality, on-time, and impactful infrastructure solutions across Nepal and globally.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead planning, execution, and control of EPC projects in power transmission, distribution, and rural electrification.
• Ensure quality, cost control, and timely project delivery.
• Manage cross-functional teams: engineering, procurement, construction, finance, compliance, and safety.
• Strengthen systems and workflows for SAP ERP and Microsoft D365-based project management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, donors, clients, and vendors.
• Drive the company’s mission to impact 50 million lives by 2035 through electrification and sustainable energy solutions.
• Monitor project KPIs and reporting, lead regular performance reviews, and ensure a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities and partnerships locally and internationally.
• Mentor future leaders and foster a performance-driven culture aligned with company values.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical) + Master’s in Management preferred.
• 10–20 years of experience in leading EPC/infrastructure projects.
• Deep understanding of project finance, compliance, procurement, and contract management.
• Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
