Project Manager for Transmission Line Projects

The Project Manager for Transmission Line oversees the planning, execution, and completion of transmission line projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves managing all phases of the project, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, with an emphasis on Agile methodologies for flexibility and efficiency.

Location: On-site (various locations within Nepal)

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Experience: 5-10 years in the EPC industry, particularly in transmission line projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall Project Management: Lead all aspects of transmission line projects from start to finish.
• Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Budget and Schedule Management: Monitor expenses and timelines to ensure the project stays within scope and budget.
• Risk and Quality Management: Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Team Leadership and Communication: Build and guide a project team, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
• Procurement and Vendor Management: Oversee procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensure all safety and environmental standards are met.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong understanding of electrical transmission systems.
• Proficient in Agile project management and relevant software tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
