🚀 We’re Hiring: Power BI Developer / Data Analyst
Location: Kathmandu / Hybrid
Company: Cosmic Group (EPC – Transmission, Substation, Distribution, Electrification)
As part of our digital transformation journey, Cosmic Group is implementing a world-class EPC Project Monitoring Dashboard using Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint.
We are looking for skilled professionals to help design, build, and operationalize this system.
🔹 Position : Power BI Developer / Data Analyst (EPC Projects)
🎯 Role Purpose
Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards for monitoring EPC projects covering timeline, budget, safety, quality, and risks.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Develop Power BI dashboards (Portfolio & Project-wise) for EPC projects
- Build and manage data models using Excel / SharePoint sources
- Create DAX measures for KPIs (progress, budget vs actual, profitability, safety, issues)
- Implement slicers, drill-downs, filters, and best visualization practices
- Work closely with project managers and leadership to translate requirements into dashboards
- Maintain data accuracy, performance optimization, and refresh schedules
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5 years experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M)
- Advanced Excel skills (tables, validations, formulas)
- Experience with SharePoint / OneDrive data sources
- Experience in EPC / construction / infrastructure projects is a strong advantage
⭐ Preferred
- Exposure to project controls, planning, or PMO dashboards
- Understanding of budgeting, billing, and project KPIs
