Diksha Kandel
Diksha Kandel specializes in foreign investment laws, corporate law and structuring, hydropower laws, public procurement, tax laws, and transactional matters including project finance and drafting commercial documents. She regularly advises domestic and international clients and has expertise in employment-related laws, particularly in the restructuring of profit and non-profit organizations. Diksha holds a master’s in law (LL.M) and a bachelor’s in law (B.A.LL. B) from Kathmandu School of Law, Purbanchal University.
